Your vacation home
We have renovated our little gem with a lot of love and heart. The house was built in the 19th century in traditional style. It is located about 5 minutes walk from the center and is situated on a small street. The garden behind the house is typical of the town houses in Marciac. The spring, which is shared with the neighbor, is also a special feature of the medieval surroundings.
At 73 m2, the house offers a spacious base for a vacation in the Gers. From here you can quickly reach the beautiful vineyards and if you love jazz, our Jazzy is the ideal hostel in the middle of the action. The Châpiteau is only 3 minutes away and if you run out of tickets, you can enjoy the sound in your own garden with a good St. Mont or Madiran.

The rooms
Both rooms have their own private bathroom. A cozy attic room with a king size bed (160 x 200) and a first floor room with a queen size bed (140 x 200) with garden view.
Bed linen and bath towels are available.
Terrace and garden
In the morning, enjoy a coffee on the terrace and listen to the birdsong or in the evening - with a view of the cathedral - drink a glass of wine in mild temperatures and chat with friends.
Salon and kitchen
The Jazzy has a fully equipped kitchen: hotplates and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment as well as dishes and pans so that you can get started right away if you want to cook yourself. You can do your shopping in the village or in the supermarket (5 minutes by car).
In the salon you can enjoy the food and wine together!
